Plan out your week with what physical activities you will do each day. Monday -walking, Tuesday -biking, Wednesday - walking , Thursday -cleaning, Friday- Gardening, Saturday -Swimming, Sunday -Tennis. Try to incorporate as many activities that you enjoy doing.
